TRAIN SHOW - VENDOR REGISTRATION
Hey exhibitors!
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining us as an exhibitor. All the information you need to participate in our shows can be found right here. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via email at trainshow@bunkerhilltrainclub.com. Alternatively, you can give me a call if you prefer. Spaces for our shows are filling up fast, so be sure to secure your spot as soon as possible. Remember, reserving your tables early is the only way to guarantee the same location at every show. What we will provide for our vendors:
6′ of table space – A standard 6-foot rectangular table measures approximately 72 inches (6 ft) long by 30 inches wide by 30 inches high
Free parking
Set up Saturday morning 7-10am
Lodging Info upon request
No charge for electricity, please bring 100′ cord
Free Coffee / Free Donuts
You can pay with check or money order!
All tables need to be fully paid 2 weeks before the event.
